- Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. This includes any protective cases, certificates of authenticity (where applicable), or original boxes.
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please visit our website and navigate to the “Returns & Exchanges” section. Follow the step-by-step instructions to generate a return authorization number (RAN) and print your pre-paid return shipping label.
- A valid RAN is required for all returns. Returns without a RAN may be delayed or rejected.
- You are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Crystals is not liable for items lost or damaged in return shipping.
Inspection and Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected (typically within 5–7 business days of delivery to our facility), we will notify you via the contact method provided at checkout of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund timelines depend on your financial institution but generally take 3–10 business days to appear in your account.
- Shipping costs for the original delivery are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Exceptions
- Clearance or final-sale items are marked as non-returnable and cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless they are defective.
